-4 year Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other appopriate technical degree -5 years of experience in the automotive industry (for an automotive supplier), working with an international company -5-10 years of total work experience -Excellent English ability (written and spoken) -Strong ability to communicate effectively/ work closely with customers and build strong relationships with them -5 years of experience in Applications or Product Engineering
