Senior sales manager 高级销售经理

Job Responsibilities岗位职责:

1.Search and find the opportunities of Interior automotive field of Chinese Market.
Promote company’s new products to the customers.
搜寻和发现汽车内外饰行业的销售机会。向客户推广公司新产品,
2: Make and implement sales plan according to company’s target.
根据公司的发展规划, 制定并执行销售计划,
3: Responsible for the project management, including the project milestone, internal and
external communication.
负责各大项目的项目管理,包括进度里程碑把控、跨部门协调、客户沟通
4: .Work with finance team to deal with account receivable.
应收账款的催收和回款的跟踪。
5.Cooperate with local team, to analyze, set down and optimize the price of quoted
product of new or current projects.
与公司团队分析,对新老项目成本进行核算,优化。
6: hold routine meeting and report to officer timely
定期召开例会, 并向上级汇报。
8.Other tasks assigned by GM or higher management team.
上级指定的其它任务。
9: Able to understand technical needs of the customer and transform them into RENOLIT
product based solutions.
能理解客户的技术需求,并引导内部团队沟通, 拿出解决方案。
10: Able to understand and support the technical requirements of the future new
production plant (production line lay-out, Machineries performance, etc.)
协助开展对未来新工厂的建设,生产线布局等


Requirement: 任职要求

1: Bachelor degree and above, Chemical or engineering or other relevant disciplines. Age
between 30 to 45 years old
大学本科以上学历,高分子或机械工程相关专业, 年龄30岁至45岁。
2. Familiar with marketing, business management, contract law, economic law, financial
knowledge.
熟悉市场营销, 业务管理。熟悉合同制定,并了解基本的财务知识。
3. Minimum 5 years sales and marketing experience in the Chinese automotive industry,
specially working in the T1 and T2 auto interior trims section is preferred. Knowing well
the communication, quotation and project management with T1 and OEM.
至少5年汽车内饰行业1,2级供应商工作经验, 熟悉各大主机厂的内饰设计要求。熟悉T1, OEM客户的沟通, 报价, 项目管理的经验。
4. Accept frequent business trips.
能经常出差
5. Proficient in written and oral English.
英语口语, 书写流利
6: Be good at ERP & MS Office, such as SAP, Excel & PPT.
熟悉日常ERP 软件及办公软件,如SAP,Excel 和PPT.
7.Harding working, result-oriented, good team-player
吃苦耐劳,结果导向,擅长团队合作。
8: workig location: first 6 month Guangzhou, Afterwards: Wuhan
工作地点: 头6个月在广州,之后将在武汉蔡甸开发区。
9: can accept frequent business travelling
能接受经常出差
10: Wuhan Local people are preferable
