任职资格描述
Role:
1、Lead the engineering and maintenance team of Guangzhou plant, including building construction, maintenance system, develop and sustain good engineering practices in the plant.
2、Build and lead the professional engineering team to achieve business target. Be responsible for plant engineering KPI achievement, safety and environment protection management.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1、Establish Plant maintenance/Preventive Maintenance system
2、Upgrade or modify equipments to maintain a consistent working condition
3、CAPEX planning, implementation and management
4、Provide uninterrupted utilities to the plant
5、Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with EHS
6、KPI Targets setting and lead execution. Monitor subordinate employee‘s performance, provide feedback and motivate the team
7、Design and lead a plant safety in good and health condition
8、Build a solid engineering team to support production and quality management
REQUIREMENTS:
1、Bachelor’s degree or advanced, major in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
2、Minimum eight years of experience in engineering or maintenance, at least two years of manager experience
3、Experience in plastic compound mixing, extrusion, calendaring and printing a plus
4、Fluent in English speaking and writing
5、Good communication skills
6、Highly organized and efficient
