-4 year degree in a technical discipline -5 years of experience with an international automotive supplier -Excellent English ability (written and spoken) -Strong understanding of purchasing, materials, and quality. Demonstrated experience in all 3 areas. -Demonstrated history of developing long-term supplier relationships and working with suppliers to achieve continuous improvement.
