任职资格描述
The basic requirement for FO is as following,
a. 5 years + in financial management area, familiar with accounting, tax, management, costing, internal control etc;
b. 3 years + foreign investment (JV preferred) experience, manufacture industry preferred;
c. Strong in costing / internal control / cash flow management;
d. Honest with good integrity; Team work / good communication skills / leadership;
e. Written English skills;
f. Bachelor degree or above in financial management, finance or accounting majors;
g. 30 years + old / male, able to stay in pingdu.
