Areas of Responsibility:
1.Manage the department to support the fulfillment of company goal.
2.Build integrated functional team to ensure efficient operation.
3.Build up management system on technical levels according to ISO 9001: 2015.
4.Lead, establish and drive production standardization.
5.Nurture and cultivate subordinates.
6.Lead and manage projects of product development, technology innovation, product and process improvement.
7.Build up and maintain product management system.
8.Research and development on formulations, raw material qualification, new products, and possibility of cost saving.
9.Support trouble-shooting in production.
10.Identify and develop new business and growth opportunities, including on-going monitoring of industry and competitive activities.
11.Develop and maintain strong rapport among cross-functional teams and departments.
12.Take on tasks temporarily designated by the company.
Requirement:
1.Education：Bachelor’s degree or advanced in chemistry, chemical engineering or polymer science.
2.Experience：Minimum 5 years of working experience in PVC industry, management experience in R&D preferred.
3.Knowledge, Skills and Competence：
a.Substantial knowledge of the processing and molding techniques of PVC material.
b.Substantial knowledge of the up and down streams of PVC material and relevant industries.
c.Ability to lead process development and improvement, and formulation design.
d.Good proficiency in English.
